POLICIES

Every Sima's Baking creation is made to order with intention, care, and love. Please read through the following policies before placing your order.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders can be placed directly on the website or through WhatsApp. When placing your order, please include your desired size, flavor, theme, and any allergies or dietary needs. A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required before your event date, the sooner, the better.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking and secure your date. Your date is not held until payment is received.

A limited number of orders are accepted each week to ensure every creation receives the attention it deserves.

CANCELLATION

Because every cake is made entirely to order and your date is reserved exclusively for you, please note the following:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event date are eligible for store credit only. Cancellations made within 14 days of your event date will forfeit the full payment.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are available on a case-by-case basis and subject to current availability.

A $50 rush fee applies to any order placed with less than 2 weeks' notice.

To inquire about a rush order, please reach out as early as possible. Rush availability cannot be guaranteed.

PICK UP

All orders are available for pickup only. Sima's Baking is located in West Boca Raton. Your exact pickup address will be provided the day before your scheduled pickup.

Pickup is available between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on your confirmed date. Please arrive on time, if you are running late, kindly send a message in advance. Punctuality allows every client to be served with the care they deserve.

No delivery is offered at this time. You are welcome to arrange your own transportation, including Uber or a trusted driver, for pickup.

Every order is carefully packaged to travel safely. Once your order is in your hands, Sima's Baking is not responsible for any damage during transport.

For wedding and large event orders, delivery and on site assembly may be available upon request. Please mention this when you inquire.

MY PROMISE

All creations are fondant-free. Every decoration is handcrafted from premium chocolate and sugar paper. Custom edible images are available upon request.

Sima's Baking does not replicate other bakers' designs, but inspiration images are always welcome, every order is an original creation, uniquely yours.
