Hi, I'm Sima — the artist and heart behind Sima's Baking.
Baking has always been woven into my life, but in 2021 I turned that passion into something more. What started with pastries, challahs, and cookies took a beautiful turn around my 45th birthday, when I challenged myself to create a pink ombré rosette cake — gluten-free and kosher for Passover.
That moment changed everything. I fell deeply in love with cake artistry and buttercream design, and that same joy and excitement lives in every cake I create today.
What began as a personal challenge has grown into a boutique business built on love, craftsmanship, and buttercream perfection
