How far in advance should I place my order?
While I require that special orders be placed (min.) at least 1 week in advance, I highly recommend placing orders at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance for any special order as my schedule does book up. For weddings, I recommend placing your order at least 2 - 3 months in advance of your wedding date. All desserts are available only through pre-order. I do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed.
Do you offer vegan/gluten-free and pareve desserts?
I do! Vegan and gluten-free options are available on a case by case basis. Contact me to customize your order!
If I provide a photo of what I want, are you able to recreate it?
Yes! I am happy to use your image as inspiration while adding my own artistic flair.
What if I need to cancel an order?
Please be aware that I manage an extremely heavy production schedule and last minute cancellations cannot always be accommodated due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order prior to even baking. Cancellations are permitted only when made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Refunds are offered in accordance with your signed agreement. Retainers are not refundable.
Do you make party favors, such as cake pops?
Sure do! Custom party favors are client favorites! Contact me about options.
Can I order a small cake to cut and a matching sheetcake to serve guests?
Absolutely! Sheet cakes are available when ordering any custom tiered cake. Minimum of 20 servings. Sheet cake is $6 per serving.
